Still being charged after a free trial

I got a free trial of Life Cleanse - and cancelled within the 15 day window - I spoke to Amy who gave me a cancellation no. 40511466 I asked her to credit the $79 dollars I had been charged and she said that someone would call me back. I am now being charged another $144.55 22/08 I am a single mum with two children and can not afford to pay my childcare because of this. I have also been charged another $70.33 for something called ultifreshwell 500044579 3/09 I have no idea what this is and I am trying to find out I hope I will be credited as I am tears as to how I have been ripped off when all I have ever has is on small plastic bottle of 60 tablets that I have not even opened Sarah
