ESD - Sensata Group employs drunks and is an UNETHICAL company to do business with!

ESD is a custom home design and installation firm with many high end clients and homes they do business with. They have, on staff, a drunk as their Lead Electrician. Lars has been seen by company techs in his work vehicle drinking all manner of alcoholic drinks, on numerous occassions. He instructed a tech to wire a transformer to a Lutron lighting keypad incorrectly. He wired it as instructed, went to lunch and when he got back to the jobsite, the lighting panel was on fire! Had he been another 10 minutes later, the whole house would've burned to the ground.
ESD is using Lars as a pawn. They keep him soley for the simple reason he holds the License. They know about the drinking, both on and off the job. Yet, they do nothing for their so-called friend.
Just a side note, but the owner and office manager (whom are married) are swingers and practice in this lifestyle. Is that the type of people you want working for you?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for their services. They will employ drunks and swingers. Not ethical, sound persons.
I even heard they are trying to low-ball several former employees out of their unemployment. Pure scum.
