The owner of this site DAVE offers the allure of a swingers web site, by charging members a fee for memebership only to spam them with countless emails and advertisments in violation of the CAN SPAM ACT of 2003.
When DAVE was asked to cease and desist with all spam emails, he replied he would not comply with the federal law and if members didn't like spam they shouldn't join his site.
