UGLY DUCKLING Aka DRIVE TIME deceptive company fraudulent ripoff business car could never have passed an inspection and that who ever passed it did it illegally

To start the sales woman (Ti.) knew that I did not have a job and I was trying to use a family member as a co-signer but she said it would not work. So she had a man create a fake check stub and work background to get me into the car.

I purchased a 1995 Mitsubishi Mirage in August and at the time all four rims were bent and the car wobbled because of that, so they told me to go to Discount Tire on cherry lane, tell them they sent me and they would fix it for free.

Well they told me the rims could not be fixed so I went back to Ugly Duckling and told them I did not want a car that I had to buy new rims for and they refused to take it back, the Latino man over the mechanics said I should not have purchased the car.

About a week after bringing the car home I took it to get looked over at a tune up place in Fort Worth and got an oil change along with a complete list of things that were wrong with the car.

There was sand in the catlee converter, the car appeared to have been previously submurged in water. I was told that this car could never have passed an inspection and that who ever passed it did it illegally.

After taking this car to an mechanic in Dallas to get an estimate on how much it would cost to make this car legally drivable, he said more than this car is worth and that he would not even want to charge me for that cars work, he said you would be better off getting another car.

I think it is wrong for this company to be able to screw people like this and no one is doing anything about it. If a car is taken back the same month it was so called purchased, it should be taken back without question or disrespect.

This company is a fraud and should be treated like anyone who steals cash out of peoples pocket!!!
