The Director, Diane Kirkpatrick slandered me and accused me of making a verbal attack upon her at the Ft. Wayne office. I am disqualified from further employment with Tower due to this alleged event

Employment Agency Fraud Via Slander and Character Assassination.

Tower Personnel Services of Ft. Wayne's Director, Diane Kirkpatrick accused me of a verbal rant, a session of fowl verbiage as she states. This disqualifies me from future employment with the agency. I can assure you that the alleged incident is false and is a deliberate attempt to deny unemployment benefits. It IS fraud on Kirkpatrick's part. She also attempted to smear my customer at Anyi Property Management, Mr. Todd Sorg.

I was laid off from Anyi and was given a letter specifying the reason. It is in the positive. This same type of slander has been perpetrated by a previous employer. A Children's museum in Ft. Wayne. Also vicious and intentional slander by an embezzling employer on whom I blew a whistle. "Science Central" who persisted at slander and paying off an unemployment Judge.in this most recent attempt, all efforts to negotiate a solution have been dodged by Diane Kirkpatrick. I have spoken with the Board of Labor relations and of course I have to prove harm to prosecute. That is difficult, till recently.

The Labor Board states that one of the problems they are having with agencies like hers is dealing with illegal Mexicans via the back door. I know that she's been doing exactly that for several years. Staffing agencies are one of the main ports of entry for illegals from the beginning. I want to know what she told the employment office in Indianapolis. Neither she nor they are entirely honest or reputable organizations. The Indiana workforce office has engaged in millions of dollars worth of records fraud and embezzlement of unemployment funds. Their victims including myself were never compensated for the theft. Records were falsified to cover their tracks but the General Accounting office in Washington D.C. Tracked the money.

I would like to have some one pose as a potential employer to see what Kirkpatrick saying about me or has said to the employment office. I have also taken notice of an interesting situation when I was at the Social Security Office. There are p[revious temp agency assignments that don't show up on the record. The same information emerges at the Internal Revenue Service. The Internal Revenue's Criminal Investigator interviewed me at one time and told me this: In the state of Indiana, there are more business owners than not embezzling funds. The can only prosecute those who steal from Uncle Sam. A much more recent employer since that time is in serious trouble for embezzlement and a number of my past employers are in hot water for the same reason.

One thinks that I blew the whistle and has retaliated several times. He's too big a fool to realize that I filed my taxes as required by law and got audited because another former employer filed a false claim with the I.R.S. Against me as a retaliatory move. She's a tax fraud and has engaged in credit fraud and drug dealing. The question is as to what to do about Tower Personnel Services?
