Took money/Poor Service

(This is a copy of the letter I sent to the company).

I paid $200.00 to get my daughter’s hair braided. Her name is Ariana Horatio. Her appointment was Friday May 23, at 3pm. Her braids look HORRIBLE!!! You all put CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP $5 dollar bags of false hair on her head and charged us $200 dollars!

We are DEMANDING a refund! I am tired of people providing poor service and expecting the consumer to pay for it anyway! We know that some labor went into this disaster, so we are only asking for half of the money back. We are requesting a refund of $100 dollars.

You all did a terrible job and took so much of our money! This is money which I could barely spare. We sacrificed this $200 because I wanted to improve her self esteem. I wanted her to feel good about herself and look beautiful. She looks horrible. Her hair looks as if it was done in someone’s basement for about 30 dollars. My daughter is too embarrasses to show her hair. She goes around wearing a HAT! And I don’t blame her. The hair is so cheap and dull looking. You were supposed to use human hair on her head but you used the cheapest FALSE hair you could find.

We expect the $100 dollar refund ASAP or I have no other choice but to file a claim in the Court system of Michigan. I will also contact all of the Media Consumer Advocates for Channel 4,2, 7, etc. I will also be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Attorney General Mike Cox to get some sort of justice. I am so angry and disappointed with you all.

You can’t just do this to people and expect no consequences. We are not pleased with the terrible job you did on my child’s hair. Please send the refund of $100 dollars to me.
