QuestSavers
Aka Aegon DMS rip-off. This company charged to me New Zealand Visa a membership fee for membership I did not request or authorise

Miscellaneous

Not only did I NOT apply or authorise membership from QuestSavers, until now I had no idea they existed!

I phoned QuestSavers and talked to a lady there who informed me that when online purchases are made through Some companies, membership to Questsavers is automatic. She refused to list these companies involved in this money grabbing scheme.

I have been assured my membership is cancelled and the fees charged to my visa account will be refunded.
However, that does not cover the Purchase Interest Fee and Currency Conversion Fee I have been charged, totaling $92.32NZD.

I've learned my lesson. NEVER make online purchases from anywhere in the world, no matter what assurrances are made regarding the companies promised security. Obviously that is baloney!
