Home Depot teak table costly and missrepresentation - teak out door table and chairs

Ought teak table and chairs weather proof from the rian forrest of bolivia garanteed to withstand the weather paid over 1000. I went back to home depot numerous times with no avail, even when I called the copmplaint center they gave me the run around, a year passed and I got incontact with a gentelman who gave me a phone number to corporate, and a rep. From bolivia called me stating it needed teak oil which I had spent 50 dollors all ready, months past and the person I spoke to sent me a bottle of teak oil and cleaner thats it never to hear from any one again. What a waist of time and money spent on this hampton bay product that is worthless. A response with a rsolution would be helpful.
