I ordered this procuct and never received it until I called to canceled the order and then I received the product the next day. On April 20th 2.79 was taken from my account and on April 30th $88.55 was taken. I called and was given a RGA # to return the product 1192142-050109-12104 which I did and every week after I called but got the same round around your account will be credited and it's now August 28 and I still have not received my refund. I called and was on hold for 20mins I was asked to called back to speak with a supervisor and I was placed on hold can someone please help me with this matter?
