On July 3 I ordered a body glove case for my BlackJack mobile phone. On the 10th & 13th I sent e-mail inquiries. Both were returned because their server "was not receiving e-mails." I have called the company numerous times, as recently as the past couple of days. All I get is unending music after the automated answer. Sometimes the music stops and there is nothing but silence. I have an e-mail confirmation of the order and that it was paid for. I have charge card records that indicated that my account was charged for the item.
