I ordered and paid for a viola case from Fermata Music in January. I still have not received the case and the cost was $536.00. I have called and left messages, emailed, and informed the BBB in SC. Fermata Music does not respond. I believe that this company is a sham and I want my credit card credited for the full amount that it was charged. I have read reviews from other people about this company and we have all been treated the same. I wish I had read them before I placed an order with them. I hope you will be able to help me.
