This is a fraud Company

Back in September I ordered this free trial product from the internet, it's a product for anti againg. When i received the product and after one week I didn't like it and i had allergic reaction to it. I tried to call the number on the invoice to cancel the order, the number wasn't valid. I tried to go online cuz they provided a password and user name. It didn't work. So I couldn't get in touch with no customer service. Then the following month i was charged in my account and i was sent another package. Same thing the phone number wasn't a valid number. Then I had major family issues my dad had an open heart surgery and was in the ICU for 3 months and i was with him day and night. I couldn't follow up on my mail cuz i fell into depression when he was sick. So my account was still being charged. Then 2 months ago, i received same backage with a different phone number on it, so i called that number and it worked. I tried to explain to them that I didn't use the product and the phone number they had wasn't valid to cancel my orders but they were not cooperative with me and I explained my dad situation and they didn't care not even to accomadate me. I always order from line and never had any problem with any other company. When i asked about the phone number they said that they changed company's or something. I'm not satisfied with the product and I still didn't open the packages and i think this is a fraud company just charged my account and had given false information and not existing phone number to contact them
