Bait and Switch

The company advertised a certified Honda Odyssey in the paper for 19991. I called and spoke with the salesman, verified everything and told him I would be in. He called me back a few minutes later and said his manager said the price in the newspaper was misprint, but they would honor the price but I would have to pay the $500 for the car to be certified. The certification supposedly consists of a 150 point inspection. I'm not sure what they inspect. I've taken it backl four times within a month of purchasing it. There were two dvds in the dvd player, so, it wouldn't work when we put another one in. There ws a terrible vibration—they balanced the tires and aligned the front end. Also had a collapsed motor mount, which they replaced. It still had a vibration and was still pulling to right, but no one at dealership could feel it, including the manager. I let my husband drive it and he felt it, took it back in, went for a ride with the manager and he (manager) felt it. They changed my front tires and it is much better. Don't think I should have had to pay extra for certification, that evidently was not done. Even if it was done, I should not have had to pay extra for it.
