Billed $459 for Services Never Rendered After Refusing Card Offer

I received their credit card offering me a certain line of credit. I refused the offer and cut the card up and sent it back, next thing I know they are billing me $459.00 for services never rendered!!! They are STILL trying to collect after 10 years, turned it over to collection agencies and such! Someone better put an end to them, or I will fly to Vegas and find them and i'll bet they don't ever mail anything out again, little hard from h*l, don't ya think??? FBI: do your job and get them before the American public has to!!!
