This company broke our lease contract without the required two week notice and said because they are closing the doors and going out of business but in reality this is what they tell people in attempt to break the contract early and without proper notice. After they inform you of this they make all kinds of demands regarding the truck return and paperwork. The specific details of my case was no two week notice and then telling me to turn in paperwork and return truck to Princeton Wv Kenworth dealership. Because of the short notice and on last Monday after being paid only $170 the previous Friday and trying to pay bills and any cash advances cut off at the same time I had no cash to pay tolls and get the truck 100 miles away. On top of the lack of a two notice which is clearly stated in the contract, they simply turned off the fueling on my Comdata card without any notice knowing I would need fuel by Monday morning and was left at the fuel island for at least 4 HOURS before they finally turned on and added money to the fuel account. (Side note: often I would fuel and lack of money in fuel account) Anyways, I'm then told a bunch of lies and also demands. I said I need money to do these things but they were not willing to even put $50 on my card to do. The owner's brother Jim Neely drove up on Wednesday to get the bill of ladings worth $1800 gross and would only give me $20 total, not enough for tolls or much else. Keep in mind that this is all with the owner David Neely breaking the contract without 2 week notice. I finally tell David that I want my pay and then I will drive truck to Beckley or Princeton to satisfy and try to work things out but of course that's not good enough for David. He then throws up the contract making things up that don't exist which leads me to bring up the contract and he then goes into threats and insulting language. They not only did not pay me one cent for yesterday paycheck but came and got the truck making threats to sue me.??? Beyond that says his intention is to put all kinds of things on my DAC report to bad mouth me. Not enough he broke the contract, insults and threatens me personally, but then claims he will sue me and destroy my DAC. His lead driver Randy aka Truck Boss is very rude to deal with and a know it all, talk over you nonstop type of guy as well. I though his brother Jim, who has been running the office solo, was cool but just a puppet for David Neely the owner. One good thing beyond the contract is that I have all of the crazy threatening texts and emails saved on my iphone and going to talk to a lawyer on Monday. I'll update this report and tell the end results of trying to sue for lost wages and pay.
