Jd byrider substandard car dealings

I purchased my car a 2002 ford taurus jan. 28,09. I've had problems from day one. My car has been serviced 27 times and everytime i go to jd byrider to get an repair done or just to pay on this piece of cramp i hear the horror stories about the issues that other people are going through. And reason why i say horror stories because it's horrible that there is a company and companies that finance these people. Jd byrider will fix ur car and if u make a fuss they adjust the amount of your repair just to shut you up. I went for it for awhile but now i'm feed up. Me and my 2 sons were driving across a bridge and it was raining like cats and dogs. My windshield wipers just stop. We could've been in a terrible accident. I set up an appt to go into the service center for the 28th time. I got there at 9:15 i sat there for 4 and half hours and this is the story they told. We did i temporary fix and it would cost you $40 to get it fix permanently. I go get in my car and the windshield wipers still don't work. I called them 2 days later and left a message on the manager's phone to get some additional information from her. Later on that day a guy from the service center called inquiring about mondays event. He told me to come in don't worry about will fix up. The manager gets on the phone and says "are we good" i said no. Just because your fixing my car doesn't make it right, we need to sit down and talk. I go in to get my wipers repaired and the guy tells me that i would have to pay for the part and its going to be $80. Wow monday it was $40 and now its $80. If i would've said it was all good i wouldnt have to pay for anything. My car isn't reliable and jd byrider is preying on the american people that has bad credit!!!
