Charged for a phone call made from a payphone which I did not recieve. Unable to DISPUTE charges. Sent an email and a payment due to the harrasment and claim they are making to damage my credit

This is a copy of the letter I sent to them with the payment.

Do not stop with the notice of payment
the message below is very important to the
health and well being of your compay stock.
Along with my payment this is a formal
notice of intent

I have spent many days researching your company and these charges. They will be paid with a credit card.

I do not agree to the charges but you have made it impossible to reach anyone from your company to place a dispute on this account.

I strongly suggest you process this payment within one week from august 9. Due to the nature of your business which i find to be on very shacky ground i will be cancelling this credit card account on friday august 14.

Because i am sending you this email and a formal request reciept postal mail to your company i can garrente that if you do not process this in a timely manner than i will not be responsible for any further charges from you.
I believe that information you provided me to prove that this was a genuine charge is completely fulse.

I have never applied for your services and it would be inconsivable to me that you would know my personal informaition on an incoming call which i traced to a payphone in the city of downieville, ca. This city is located on hwy 49 in sierra county.

I am giving you this information so you can see how absurde it would be for you to have any prior knowelege of my personal information. Even if you did obtain it before i accepted the phone call how could possibly varify that it was correct.

I have searched every where from landline, web sites, and other sites that list your company and its very shaddy behaiver, for a phone number in which i could contact someone in person.

I have called all the numbers you gave me on the bill as well as the ones that you provided, for with all the thearts to my credit if i don't pay you. You have clearly coverered all your tracks when it comes to making contact with your company.

It seems that even if i go to your web site under the suggetion of places and order for your service i am given another web page with information you want me to fill out which would provide you with all my personal information prior to the sale. Even at this point i am not given a way to contact the company and speake to a person.

Everything you do is through automation. It would not surprise me if you do not receive this email nor would it surprise me if you made no effort to respond.

So therefore i will cover my own tracks by sending this out to you through my email account. Which i will open just to send and recieve mail from only your company.

This will be followed up with a return reciept requested through the postal service.

If you do not provide me with the so called personnal information you have on me and how you may have obtained it with my consent. I well make it my priority to place your company on every watch list from bbb to federal consumer protection services.
Be sure to take this advance notice of my intened actions to heart.
You have 3 weeks from today to respond which will be august 31 or i will take action against your company.
