Attorney conned me into stealing my sister's estate

I have a drinking problem and my attorney used it to his advantage, my brother Joe, who was not named in the will egged me on as well so he could get in on the rippoff. I hope people don't judge me to harshly because I hated my sister and at first didn't have any remorse. Now that I humiliated her, my conscience is making me wonder if I went to far. The attorney Thomas Canavan and I were both co-executors and we equally conspired to split her inheritance, so much was taken during and after my brother death that I can only guess how much we really took, my best guess is she was cheated out of $50,000 dollars, the attorney kept my sister in the dark as we moved everything, he then helped me to sell the property both real and personal, that is what we didn't already stash away. I hope my sister pursues this without coming after me. I do not want to be implicated and do not want to be a witness against Tom, is there any way she can pressure the attorney to give up what he has taken without including me?
