Ripped of college student looking to make money for tuition

I called the # that was in my local newspaper and the lady was very nice. Told me i could make average of 500-1200 dollars a week and i thought, Hey i need money for college really bad and this could help a bunch. I told her i had an interview for a full-time position and if i could jsut check to see how this was. She said yes i could return the booklet with no problem at all and everything will be ok. I got the full-time job and figured well i won't have time for work, school, and doing this on the side, so i call up there after reading some of the booklet and notice you must be turned down with a letter showing the rejection. I call up there and i was told no i can not get my money back unless im turned down which i explain wasn't what i was told. I am getting a lawyer soon and they are getting some other Feds involved to take care of this mess.
