Yet another internet rip off. They have charged me every month yet every time I try to cancel you cannot get anyone to answer in any department. Who knows if their program works because you cannot get anyone in technical support to help you. They advertise first 100,000 pages free yet I have not had anywhere near that and they are charging me $39.95 a month for absolutely nothing. When I called the number that appears on my credit card statement you get a cell phone voice mail of some guy "Ron Rule" no one every answers. They are nothing more than crimimals. If you need to track your IP hits then just to to www.tracemyip.org It is free and they do not need credit cards and dont rip you off. Scum scum scum
