Scott Arriaga Dead Beat Dad!
His parole officer protects him in tucson!

After reading the above reports I cant say I am at all surprised! The extent that PAROLEE'S are allowed leeway is unbelievable! Granted my child support case is in Texas, he resides in Tucson, Arizona and is on parole in Tucson, Az. I have been in contact with Ms. Green on numerous occasions and I have very unsuccessfully tried to get help in finding out why he isnt beeing made to uphold the parole terms that were set for him! I have told her about his daily alcohol abuse, his alledged drug use and dealing out of the apartment he resides in and is NOT ALLOWED by his parole officer to live in! He was never cleared to live in that apartment and she is fully aware of this! His answer to this was to put a few of his belongings in his dad's house and a toothbush and say yes he lived there and put the apartment in someone else's name supposedly. SHE BOUGHT THIS!!! This apartment is also where he is keeling his other young son againgst Child Protective Services Orders or requests!!! When I called her and asked why he wasnt working and why she hadnt done anything about it, she had the audacity to tell me that it's hard to find a job and especially if you are an ex con! When i asked her why he wasnt being drug testted anymore (colors) she didnt have an answer but to call him and give him notice that he would be drug tested! Gee, lets give him some notice shall we!!! HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT??? I told this women he was alledgedly (awfully good sources) dealing out of the Bambi, she disnt bother to investigate this! Instead she treated me as the guilty party and believed his lies that i was just a psycho ex who wanted her back owed child support!!! But then again she treated the mother of his other child whom he owes over 60 thousand dollars to the same way! Total disregard for kindness, compassion for oour situations and absolute direagard for all of the imformation she has been given with enoug reasons to either force him to get a real job (not landscaping under the table) and pay his child support as his parole terms mandate. I do not for the life of me understand why Arizona doesnt step up and do the right thing! Instead of covering up the parolee's bad behavior and returning them to prison at the very least! What exactly do I have to do to get the support that my son deserves and is his college fund??? Why am I being treated like the bad guy by Ms. Cynthia Alexander Green when all I am trying to do is get what my son should have and is allowed to have by law! Why can he violate his parole, violate 2 different states court orders and it's ALL OKAY!!! WHY?
