When cancelling order does not refund money right away Winchester Virginia

I do not know their city or state, so I put mine there, so I could continue with this report.
On 8/2/09 I ordered magicjack. I used my debit/visa credit card, I was told that only shipping would be charged until the end of 30 days. That same night my bank account showed that they put on hold 46.90 and 6.95. I contacted an agent on the chat line on their web site. They cancelled the order at my request and now I am still waiting for the money to be released, which is going to cause my bank account to overdraft. I contacted them 3 times and each time they email me and say they are waiting for paper work?
What paper work? The order was cancelled the same day that I ordered it and it was not shipped. I contacted my bank and because it is in a hold period which the chat person told me they could not do? That my bank will not release payment. The worse part it is my wife's account that is about to overdraft! That I could have magic jack fax them a release and it would be done. They refuse to do that!
I'm seeing the writing on the wall now, this is definatly a rip off!
