First Investors Is first investors a scam

I read the report on first investors being a scam, and I had an invertivew today, and it was my first interview, now are they a really a scam, I don't want a straight salesman position, and if a company is legit they train you for free. For example i worked for chrysler financial and was trained for three weeks, and that was paid training, so is first investors that bad does anyone else know for sure, who actually went through with it and worked for them.
