Southwest Subscriptions, New Millenium Youth Promotions
Southwest Subscriptions, New Millenium Youth Promotions Door-to-door magazine sales scam

Miscellaneous

A lady came to my door and told me she was selling magazines to win points as part of a contest against other sales people. If she won she would be able to go on a trip and receive a scholarship for college. We were promised the magazine within 120 days, but that was March 2 and it is now August 4. When I try to call their number it just rings continuous until my phone company hangs up.

Other people have reported similar stories.in one state, they were found to be selling without a license and told to stop. Many people from that state called the attorney general and complained that their refunds were not given when they canceled their subscriptions and that those who hadn't canceled had not received their magazines. These a-holes are all over the U.S. I hope you see these consumer complaintss before you buy from them.
