I have been submitting gas reciepts for at least 100$ per month to the above address since February 09 but have yet to receive a gas voucher as promised. It is now August 09 and I still have not received even one gas voucher. Is this a rip off as it seems to be? I would like to know so that I can stop wasting my time and stamps.
