GMI (Global Market Insite,) (Globaltestmarket.com) Lied, did not send $20 voucher for filling out survey, won't respond to emails

On Oct. 13 I received an email to fill out a survey on an HDTV that I recently purchased. The email offered a $20 voucher for ebay, to be sent via email at the completion of a survey that was suppose to take approx. 30 minutes.

I completed the survey in about 50 minutes and waited for an email with my $20 certificate. I didn't receive it, so on Oct. 17, I wrote an email explaining that I didn't get it. On Oct. 21, I received an email that says I will get the voucher.

It is now Nov 20th, well over a month since I filled out the survey and GMI (globaltestmarket.com) has not responded to any further emails regarding this issue and I have not received the $20 voucher. They have falsly advertised this offer and didn't send anything for wasting my time on the survey.
