This Company charged $36.85 to my account. I do not remember signing up or authorizing anything. I would like a credit back to my account

I have a charge of $36.85 put on my account. I do not remember authorizing anyone. If i did i need to know how to cancel and get my money back into my account. I've research on the internet and could not find any address or phone number for this company. If i every see something where i get charged i do not join. I am out of work and have lower back problems and need the money back in as soon as possible. How do i go about resolving this.
