I was lookang at my account online and noticed a charge of $23.95 I DO NOT remember authorizing so I called the number, 1-877-311-4926, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes a customer service agent came on the line. She was very nice and said there was "glitch" in the system and about a year ago I signed up for an acai berry product that charged my account because I signed up for something. I did not sign up for anything!!! But she said she would refund my money. This is apparently happening all over to a lot of people so please be careful and check your account daily!!
