CHBA sold me health Ins.in 2007 for 119.95 a month. I never tried to use it until July To date I have paid them more than $4300.00 and I now know there is no Health coverageThis is financially devastating, I need my money back

I know from investigating this scam that the owner of the company is Roderick Reiman.
I have also learned he is being investigated in Illinois and that he operates some sort of church to further his scams. I live in California and I haven't been able to find anything going on here in terms of investigation of this crook. I would appreciate any help I can get.
I own and operate a Day Care facility. Children who require care are getting pretty scarce
Our Gov. Has gutted childrens services and most all help for single parents has been de-funded. I have lost more than 2/3rds of my monthly income. I truly want to keep the doors open, but I'm afraid I won't be able too. The money that has been taken from me is criminal. My main concern is having my acct. Breeched be other entities who could get the info from Rod Rieman. How do I shut this down? These con men can call themselves anything they want and with the acct.info they already have, they can take what little I have anytime they want. I am auditing my bank statements now to see if I'm being ripped off even more than I know. Do I have any recourse? Is there a way to recover my money? I welcome any information on this matter Thank You
