Received list of "points" to be redeemed FREE to include various items in return for being a good customer for a long time. The only charge was to be $2.00 for s/h for each item. Am now being charged $274.64 for 'discounted' price for total FREE items. Customer Service says the FREE does not apply. Am returning all items by registered mail along with a copy of memo made out to BBB and Consumer Bureau. What a rip off!!
