I signed a contract back in january to prevent forclosure and since then all they tell me is it is in review. I was required to pay $2500.00 up front which now I hear was not a good idea to do. I did not suspect it to take this long to hear any results. I called today 7/28 and to my suprise the company is no longer open. I am still in risk of forclosure and my $2500.00 is gone. Beware of the scams out there the best option is to find somebody willing to help you for free or wait until your house is safe to pay them.
