Make sure to stay away from Lingo McLean

It is hard to believe that these people are still in business after so many complaints, (which i should have paid attention to) I signed with them for their special $4.95 a month for 6 months service with free activation, after i received the equipment called my credit card to verify the amount and was told they had charged $70.49. After calling lingo "customer service" (yeah!) was told i had not put in the necessary promo code on my application, they refused to correct the charges so i sent back the equipment next day. My credit card charged back the amount to them but now they are threatening legal action to get their $70.49 they are using Al Capone's chicago tactics to collect after they rip off their customers. I would like to know where is the Virgina Attorney General on this.
