Charged my credit card for NO merchandise

Herrschners is just a mail-order art company. After I transfer, they discover where I stay & maintain giving me magazines. I put an order together online for wool. They charged my charge card on 5/24/09 for $65.83. I never received the deal.

They tell me they delivered it to my previous tackle plus they are awaiting the bundle to be delivered. It's been 2 weeks, I've no wool however they have my income. They inform me used to do not provide them with an updated address.

I simply went in on the site to phony putting an order. After I place in my email address, my early address seems however it includes a California condition & zipcode set in. After I put my purchase I existed in California to get a year.

They simply delivered the bundle, no trademark is needed for shipping. Do they think the bundle will be delivered? Meanwhile they inform me I've to hold back for that bundle to be delivered for them before they are able to stop my purchase and remove my bank card cost.
