THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT REPUTABLE and will lie and cheat without reservation.

(This is under Motorcycles because that's what they mostly sell and there is no JetSki category but my complaint is about the JetSki I bought at Heysers.)

I was shown a current year's catalog at Heyser Cycle and then offered the jetski on the floor with no mention that it was the previous year's model.

Hours later, after they 'prepped' it, I was finally shown papers at the signing. I was intent on checking the price and terms we had agreed upon. Looking back, they had me jumping back and forth between different pages without actually going through it line by line. Of course I should have read every word but I was looking for the price and terms to be correct. It never occurred to me that I was getting anything other than this year's model, for God's sake. When I got home, I read through the contract and realized they had sold me LAST YEAR'S MODEL without informing me!!! I never expected to be sold last year's model!!! When you go to buy a car, do you expect them to sell you last year's model without mentioning it?!?

This business has been operating for years which is why I went there, but they were not at all forthcoming or apologetic about selling me the previous year's model. Both the salesman and the financial guy refused to give me the new model I paid for and actually argued with me and said that the cost is the same for this year or last year's model. (Have you ever heard of THAT being true?!?) They would not even admit that they had cheated me! The best they would offer is the first check-up for free (an oil change in reality).

It has seriously dampened my enthusiasm for my JetSki that I paid thousands of dollars for and have been waiting to get for years. I am not going to further upset myself by trying to sue them because I know it's not worth it, financially or mentally, but I believe it is my duty to warn others that THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT REPUTABLE and will lie and cheat without reservation. BUYERS BEWARE OF HEYSER CYCLE!!! They should be ASHAMED at how they treat their customers. I don't know how they sleep at night.
