Rebate Scam Beware of Rebate Scam-You will not recieve the rebate you are promised

We purchased a complete line of appliances from East Coast Appliance -My major reason from purchasing from East Coat was the fact that I was told by the salesman that once we purchased $1500 or over in appliances we would receive a rebate plan to get $500 in gift cards - The scam goes like this -You purchase the appliances and they give you a certificate to go claimyourgroceries.com and print out the rebate certificates,

Once a month for 20 months you mail the certificate you print out with a reciept for $100 or more from the grocery store you shop at -The rebate center for which I have filed a compalint against (BBZ Resource Management Inc.in Mesa, AZ) will email telling you they recieved your coupon, Later you recieve an email saying your first rebate card is on the way -4 Months later I have no rebate card and I get a long email from the "rebate company" sayin all kinds of things, but bottom line is they say we have filed for Chapter 11 and no card are being sent &

So basically Im out of $500 and I hold East Coast Appliance 100% responsible -If the $500 Rebate was not there I would have bought elsewhere, I looked a the BBB contact for East Coast Appliance, called the # and left a message 72 hrs. Ago and still no response -I plan to file a complaint with East Coast Appliance soon and plan on contacting an attorney as I fell the BBB Complaints will fall on death ears —Anyone out ther in a similar situation, Please let me know
