Tookover half my security deposit without reason

Beware of Heritage! They are nice and polite at the time you rent from them. However, when I moved out last year they took over half my rent deposit even though everything was scrubbed, cleaned and returned to its original condition.
When I turned up at their office for an explanation, they made me wait and the guy was rude to the extent of threatening violence.
They are also pretty lazy with their services and in clearing snow during the winter. I would strongly recommend against them!
