Guaranteed Tax Relief
Ripped me off!

On January I paid for the services of Guarenteed Tax Relief Services (GTR) (I heard their advertisement on a radio station.) I filled out all of the paper work and promptly returned it. They were also supposed to file my 09 taxes which they didn't. I was instructed by them to not communicate with the IRS (I have it in writing) but to notify them and they would handle it.

Six months later I get a notice to levy my wages from the IRS I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to track them down all original numbers I had from them were disconnected. My wages were levied by the IRS three weeks ago, today I recieved my second pay check for 382.00 my husband was laid off a year ago and can't find work because of the recession.

I'm the sole provider in our family and cannot pay my rent, my bills, my car payment and buy food on a little over 700.00 a month. But by some stroke of luck I found a number on one of the recent BS letters I recieved from GR and I called it I talked to a supposed receptionist and when I threatened to file a complaint with the attorney generals office she had a supposed manager call me the manager informed me that a Mr. Romero was working on my case.

Keep in mind I spoke with Mr. Romero four months ago when I called to check on my case because I hadn't heard from them and he told me that he was the customer rep! She said she would have him call me, I asked for his direct line he never returned my calls. I called today and left her a message stating that I wanted a refund and a return phone call today from someone in their organization or I was going to take further action and you guessed it I haven't heard from them But I'm notgoing to take this laying down. They need to be stopped from doing this to others and I want my refund!

So I will file a complaint with all of the government agencies but I'm also looking for an attorney that works on contigency because I'm only making 382 a month now thanks to Guarantee Tax Relief. I found a law firm in Sanfrancisco they saidd they work with clients all overthe united states. If any one is willing to do a class A lawsuit against GTR please check out this law firm
and give them your story, I just emailed them my story to see if they would take my case. (strength in numbers.) Or if there is a class action lawsuit against GTR please let me know.

I'm suing regardless but I've read so many peoples stories about this rip off company I think we should all band together and go after them!
