I paid over $3,500 over 3 years ago and nothing has been done like I was told, Bldg. B, Fiffh Floo

Three Years ago me and my husband decided to try and get his tax situation taken care of once and for all so we didn't have to worry anymore. So I looked around a little bit and found United States Tax Relief called and spoke to Mike Gill and he told me the same things as he has told all of you on here Richard Hargus will be the best person for your tax debt we need to collect $3,600 and an additional $200.00 for the state taxes he will have to file for you. Let me tell you he was a smooth talker cause I don't let that much money go unless I feel comfortable, which I did at the time. But now I feel like a complete idiot. During the last 3 years Richard has returned my phone calls maybe 5 times and responded to my emails 8 times He did how ever do some work for us but to what extent I don't know. My husband has had his check levied which left him with $136.00 to last a family of six to live on for two weeks and guess what our rent was due that pay period also so we had to barrow money from family to pay our rent this was one of the times Richard returned my frantic phone calls and he said he would talk to the IRS and lift a levy that should have never happened cause we were already paying the IRS 245.00 a month for almost a year why all of a sudden are they doing this to us now I wondered he said he would take care of it needless to say we never got that money back I would really like to find some people to start a class action lawsuit against these people for giving us false hope and false security and empty promises and taking our money which put us in further debt with already a big enough problem How can they sleep at night knowing that they are effecting peoples lives and playing with them as if they were toys.
