Chavis Mobil Home Transports
Stole my mobil home

Miscellaneous

Jimmy Chavis purchased my mobil home. He paid a down payment and was supposed to pay the rest in 2 weeks. It has been almost a month and he still has not paid. He keeps saying he will send the money but then he doesn't, and won't answer his phone. I am disabled and waitng on Workers' Compensation. I had to sell my home because I could not pay my lot rent. That money was to get me through until my comp came in. Now I have nothing. He has moved the trailer and I don't even know where it is. I am now living with my sister and his family is living in my home. He should be put out of business for good. I am going to try to file fraud charges against him.
