Damaged my home

Chavis Transport moved a mobile home for me on June 25. Upon arriving with the home the back corner had major damage. Siding, roof shingles, and facia were busted up. They claimed that someone hit them at a truck stop and took off. They said that their insurance would cover it. Jimmy Chavis (owner) wanted 3 estimates and would pay the average. I had the three estimates done averaging $833.33. I called and emailed dozens of times and get no response. I keep getting their automated voicemail system, but when someone does answer they hang up on me as soon as they know it's me.

I'm not sure what to do next. I'm looking into different options but I'm definately not going to let this go. I don't care if it costs me more to fight than what it's worth to win. They are very unproffesional and I plan to do anything I can do to hurt them.
