Count yourself lucky

I and quite a few other people are still seeking damages from this fellow. I had my day in court back in 2006 and while the judgment was in my favor, I've yet to see a penny of what Broquard owes me. It's well over $4000 by now adding the interest, but the agency I hired to find him and get my money can't seem to find Broquard or any of his assets to seize. Last I heard, he closed up his factory and offices and vanished to somewhere else in town. If you have any clue where his offices are now, I and many others would love to know.
