Comcast has been horrible. When you call customer support, it's always a different message or menu. Sometimes you need a pin number, which they never give you, so they just hang up on you. Sometimes you get all the way through the message only to get told to hang up and call someone else.

Twice now I have received bills that say my payment is past due when I know I've either paid, or the payment isn't even due yet! I'm sure I've been overbilled.

Their customer service is just deplorable and they're just out to ring you for money. You have to watch them like a hawk, but when you catch them trying to screw you, they do everything they can to make sure you'll never get it settled.

And don't believe them for a second when they say they respond to e-mails within 24 hours!
