Scam: they want me to send 19.99 to them so i can recieve cash and adwards total of 1900000.00

This company wants me to send them 19.99.
So that i can receive an cash / award amount totaling
1900000.00. They assign you a account# and tell you
that your name matched the winning number.
They say you are guaranteed the prize amount in the
event you send them a processing fee and but on
the entire letter / gram you are sent it says notthing
bout a phone number.
They give you a deadline to send the fee.
