Raquel V $5500.00 ripoff for tax relief for Smackers Sports Grill, Waynesville, North Carolina

In January my restaurant paid Guaranteed Tax Relief $5500.00 to help in getting penalties and balance reduced because our restaurant was having a tough time. Raquel Vallejo was a senior tax consultant and was so convincing on the phone that she convinced us that we had a great chance of getting the reduction that we fell for it. We spent mega hours filling out paper and signing things for their "tax representatives who were former IRS agents". We were told that they could not guarantee anything but we stood a great chance of getting them reduced. As late as June 20th, (a month ago) we were asked to send additional information but to mail it to the attention of Raquel at: 3090 So. Durango Dr., Suite 200-LV, Las Vegas, NV 89117. We put the $5500 on a credit card and have been paying on it since January. We are willing to join a class action suit against them if there are sufficient numbers to join. I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau. After I get more details. We cannot contact them either by phone or FAX. I would appreciate receiving any report from individuals who have had similar problems. Becky, Waynesville, NC
