I, approached on 9/18/06 National tax-relief to resolve a duty issue. Once they obtained my 5500 bucks which was designed to handel from just starting to finish After completing all of the necessary files and paper-work... I had been approached by David Kitchens (A) they (National tax-relief) would want one more 5500 bucks since my debt was significantly bigger. The initial declaration was 67.000 bucks they stated it had been 74.000. I declined to pay for the additional and was informed by Mr. Kitchens he might fall my situation easily did not conform with no reimbursement. Following a couple of days I had been approached the 2nd period by Mr. Kitchens stating he prepared to reduce the extra cash to 3750.00 a couple of days later he reduced it to 3000.00 with increased risks. I eventually caved and offered him additional cash he required. After getting a whole of 8500.00 there's been no-contact from National duty relief. Phone calls are not delivered no-one can inform me something about situation or document or how my cash has been invested. From what I am aware that my data is just advantageous to 6 months with no negotiation could be created. Therefore after fifteen weeks I Have needed to change towards the attorney-generals office for aid. I have needed to discover another organization to assist with my duty issue. I have since phone the BBB about National tax-relief and unearthed that their not really a member-but possess a score of (Y) and also have had 143 grievances previously 3yrs. Can you please consider this issue and perhaps recommend me of what my next transfer is and perhaps recover a number of my income. I actually donot need this to occur to anyone else.
