I applied for a payday loan on 6/7 for a family emergency and this company against my will debited my checking account for $30.00 and put my account in a negative condition. This company did not give me a payday loan so they did not have permission to debit anything out of my account. I am in a financial bind because of their scam. They used the phone number of 1-775-376-7646. This is the biggest con and should be stopped. When you call this phone number or contact customer service, there is a voice message. Please be aware of their fraud. I want my money returned by check.
I had to close my checking account and post no debit to my existing account due to their shady antics. They should repay all my account fee in the amount of $147.86 for bank overdraft charges.
Customers that goes on line to apply for a payday loan should not have to be done this way. I want my money refunded to me in full for all the hurt I've been caused. I am also reporting this to the BBB about the shady practices this company does. I should liable for the damage you have caused me and others. You are a bunch of bandits. I hope the powers that be catch you with you hands in the cookie jar. I feel as though I've been robbed. I am mad as hell!!!
