Ripped off for $1250 fee W. Palm Beach

I was contacted by a sales person from AMG who asked if I was still interested in selling my timeshare at Orange Lake in Florida. I said yes. He said he had two buyers. He said a price and I said that was acceptable. He said I would need to pay $1250 for transaction fees that I would get back in the sale price.

He Fed Ex some papers and I wired the money. That was the last time I heard anything from them, and that was a month ago. Now I can't get in touch with anyone there.
