Failure to Respond to Numerous Complaints - Direct TV and Internet

I have made several complaints about improper billing, failure to respond to inquiries, failure to begin actions, and unresponsive websites. Despite numerous telephone calls and email inquiries, DirecPath continues to limit their response actions to whatever authority that the company gives the customer service department (which is precious little). If you ask for phone numbers for accounting or the head office, customer service tells you that they do not have this information and no way to get this information.in a recent email, I threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which DirecPath completely ignored.
