Refused to cancel my order and now has charged on my bank account

I ordered what I thought was a guide to sell on e-bay for $1.95 shipping. I was told that I had three days to cancel which would be July 19. I called today to cancel and spoke with two different representatives who kept putting me on hold and would not cancel my order.

$39.95 was withdrawn from my account today after trying to cancel my order and the message on the 800 #'s says that all of the mailboxes are full.
