Manager Of In American Fork, UT Inept manager attempts to change my contract details threatening to cancel accumulated massages on my account

Current management is attempting to impose new rules on my contract. My contract specifically states that no massage will ever expire as long as the account is current. Due to a hectic Senior year schedule, my son has not been able to utilize his accumulated massages for over a year. I have been in heart failure then laid up with a broken pelvis and shattered hip socket. So I have continued to pay my monthly dues knowing that I would eventually be able to be massaged.

I tried to explain to the AF manager that the terms of my contract are different than current new memberships being written. I attempted to explain that when I changed my auto payment from card A to card B, the employee entering the information failed to enter it on both accounts which are linked.

She repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, and was rude and condescending. When I asked to speak with the owner, she refused repeatedly. I finally got the corporate number out of her. She gave me a fake number. I called back immediately to get the correct information. It took her 15 minutes to locate the number.

Meanwhile, she actually looked up my file and agreed that my entire assesment was correct I asked why she hadn't understood this information earlier. She hadn't looked up the file before going off on me. I asked for an apology for her prior behavior. Her words: I do not need to ever apologize for a miscommunication and misunderstanding. Excuse me? She then proceeded to continue to talk over me and interrupt me.

She has no managerial skills. She has no understanding of the contracts. She has no ability to meet the needs of the customers. And she withholds the information necessary to alert her supervisor of her problems.

She continued to say she would cancel all accumulated massages as of August inspite of the fact my account is current. This would be worth over $900 in fees I have already paid. She also refused to disclose how much ME had charged me over the past month (this I needed her to see to this prove that all charges were current as I had allowed a lump sum be charged when there was a gap during the change over of credit cards being used). She spent 30 minutes refusing to confirm the lump sum charge.

I would never ever do business with this establishment. I would advise anyone in this area to use any of the other seven ME to fulfill their contract.
